How would your life look when you take full responsibility for all your choices and actions?

Huge question, I know.

But, really take a moment and think.

How much energy have you spent deflecting or excusing responsibility?  That energy boxes you in to a life not fully realized.

For, you see, you really do hold the power to control your destiny.  Responsibility lies within that power, and when you give it away to others, you also give away the controls.

So, ask your Self, where in your life are you making excuses?  How does that directly affect your path?  If you have gotten off course or feel you are veering that way, you can get back on.

Accepting responsibility is the key to getting there.  So, this week, bring awareness into where you are currently eschewing responsibility.  Yes, it can be a bit scary to do, but the power you will gain through being Truly responsible is ten fold.

Ever have one of those moments when a goal or a task has become a bit
overwhelming?

Welcome to the club!

In those moments, frustration, shame or fear can manipulate you into a state
of angst. It can be Truly overwhelming!

Well, take a breath and remember that you are not alone. There is strength
in numbers and there is help out there.

The hard part sometimes is to pick up your pride and ask for help. And, you
know what? That’s perfectly fine. The Universe will provide and soon, with
the help you needed, you will accomplish what you set out to do.

Remember too, just at you were helped, lending a hand to someone in need is
one of the gifts that goes beyond appreciation. Helping each other Truly is
sharing the gifts of kindness and humanity.
